My family and I have just returned from a 7 night stay in the villa and all I 
can say is simply stunning. We have stayed in villas in the Orlando area before 
but your villa exceeded our expectations. We travelled as a party of nine and 
there was more than enough room....very spacious and comfy with an amazing 
master bedroom. We hired a car from the airport and the villa was very easy to 
find and was within a very safe, clean community which was a huge plus 
travelling with a toddler.
Paula has been amazing and helped make our holiday hassle free. I will 
definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and will use again for 
future trips to Florida.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Sunset at High Grove for a week in February-March 2014 and were very pleased. We had originally booked another home in High Grove and three weeks before our vacation we were informed the house was for sale. I found Paula’s name on a website and made inquiries and she was extremely efficient in returning emails. I had never dealt with someone from another country and was a little concerned but Paula reassured me this was done all the time and made the process seamless. We found the house beautiful and exactly as represented on the website. The rooms are well appointed and we found it to be very clean. My wife is a light sleeper and loved the fact that the neighborhood is very quiet, especially when compared with hotels we have stayed at in the area. I enjoyed walking through the development each day as I felt safe and there was plenty of room for both pedestrians and car traffic. I also enjoyed being able to go to the clubhouse and use the computer everyday. Everyone working at the clubhouse was friendly and had plenty of local advice. The location is ideal since you are close to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Orlando you can stay on Route 27 and get everything you need. Needless to say this house was much bigger than we actually needed but we lucked out in finding this great place to stay on short notice. The place comes highly recommended.

Nine of us stayed at this villa for a week in the
middle of our trip to Orlando. The kids loved the
games room and pool and we found the villa very
spacious, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed
the location and being able to walk to the local
Irish bar for drinks and a meal in the evenings.
Emails sent to the owner before and after our stay
were always answered really quickly and we
found the information about the local area
provided by the owners to be really helpful. We
would return to this villa on a future visit to Florida.

3 weeks july/aug 2013. The villa was
fantastic very clean and spacious,
swimming pool and games room were great.
We would highly recommend a stay here. .
Only 15 minutes walk to Mcdonalds , kfc
Burger king ,Gators and Walmart
supermarket.
We didnt hire a car ,we used
floridatransport. very reliable, it cost
$90 return for family of 8 to Disney
parks and $100 to Universal

We stayed at Sun Set At High grove, we loved the easy access to all things that we wanted to do, the house met our every need for all ten of us, plus our guests that came to visit us as they enjoyed the house, pool,hot tub and all the spacein the house. we found thaat we had a small problem and Paula responded to our email very quickly and we were satisfied, this is our second time renting off of Emmersons and woulkd highly recommend renting any of there places. It was a super vacation, coming back again

Eight of us stayed at Sun Set Villa between 16th 30th October 2012, we found it to be very spacious, clean and well equiped. The hi fi, games room and pool were well used, the reception at the gate were very polite and helpfull. It is close to Epcot and other parks. There are plenty of shops and eateries close by. All in all we had a great stay and will return.

We stayed at Sun Set in July 2012. We had 10 people of 16 years and older in our party. The house was clean, very spacious and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a hot day at Disney which was about 15 minutes from the house. There are lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I would recommend this rental property and will be staying there again. Excellent!

We stayed at Sunset at HighGrove from March 18 - 29th 2012. The house exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the common areas were great for gathering. For our first week there, we shared the house with 2 other families - we had 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 and under and the house was perfect. The games room and pool were excellent. The 2nd week there, was shared with grandparents: 6 adults and 1 child and all found the house equally suitable. We we impressed with the gated community, the staff at the clubhouse and the location. We encountered a problem with the dryer not functionning but the situation was addressed right away. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend Sunset at High Grove to others. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Set Villa. It had everything our party of six adults required and the heated pool was excellent. You need a car to get around but the Wal Mart 5 mins up the road is excellent and there are a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance. All correspondence prior to our stay was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Paula.

Combine unseasonably worm and sunny weather with a great place to stay and you get a superb vacation. The villa now has 6 bedrooms. More than enough room for all 9 of us. No frills , very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great location very close to Disney. Kids really enjoyed the games room and the heated pool. In the months prior to our vacation, we corresponded numerous times with Paula via email. Replies were prompt, friendly and all our questions were answered. Thank you Paula.

Would do it all again !

Beautiful spacious clean villa, kids loved games room. Pool clean and warm. Fantastic location. My eldest son and his friend loved Devenneys pub on site and made friends there, they went every night! Only negative comments are that the pool cues were broken and we couldnt find a chopping board in the kitchen so had to use plates to chop salad etc. Would recommend the villa and will stay there again. Excellent.

Homeowner Response: Pool cues seem to get broken regularly, if guests let the management company know they will make sure they replace them. New chopping boards are in the home now.
