Positive | My family and I stayed at the Sunrise villa in the Solana gated-community for two weeks in July 2014 and would happily recommend this property. On the I27, the location is ideal for quick access to all of the Disney and Universal parks (15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal), shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants (the Bahama Breeze on the Bronson Memorial Highway isn’t to be missed). The gated-community is well maintained and the gatehouse staff very helpful, the clubhouse is pleasant with a public pool area and offers a selection of fast-food options (burgers, fries, pizza, etc) with a small shop selling basics and gifts. The villa itself was a delight to stay in. We were very impressed with the level of cleanliness and the pleasant, comfortable furnishings. The public areas are well-equipped with plenty of seating options for our party of nine adults, dining space, sofas, etc. The kitchen and utility room have all of the necessary appliances and equipment plus plenty of good storage. Each of the six bedrooms is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space, bedding and towels available. The outside areas of the patio and the pool are well-maintained, with plenty of seating/sun loungers for everyone. Overall, we would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Thanks again, Frank
We arrived back last evening after having a super holiday. Your Villa was exceptional including the pool which we made good use of - we all loved it and we will recommend it to all our friends if they decide to take a Florida holiday. The location was excellent for the Parks and the weather was perfect apart from part of one day.
The men visited The Kennedy Space Centre and went to watch a Basket Ball match so you can guess what the ladies did!
Thank you once again for all your help and for making our holiday so enjoyable. I think the children will remember it forever. They did not want to leave!!

My family and I (all nine of us)stayed at this lovely villa for two weeks in August 2013. We were thrilled when we had a look around, very spacious, everything you could want was at hand. It has a great pool and jaccusi. The estate is fabulous with it's own clubhouse complete with large swimming pool,mini golf,gym,and free internet. Just wanted to let you know my family and I enjoyed our stay in your home so
much it was hard for us to leave! The accommodations were above and
beyond what we expected. The pool and jucuzzi were the best after a long day in the theme parks. Thank you for allow us to stay in your home during

Everything was as we expected to make our stay as if we were at our own home and the house pool was the centre of our enjoyment. The gated community is an ideal spot for youngsters and the large pool and many activities at the clubhouse made it a lot of fun for all. The new bar at the clubhouse was another great addition to round out our holiday. Thank you for the use of your great place.

days. It was everything we had hoped
for; in the words of our granddaughter,"
Nana and Gramp, this is like Mickey's
castle !"
We were a family of 12 for the time
there and had lots of room. We hope to
be able to return in the near future. We
loved the idea that we felt safe and had
the facilities of the clubhouse as well.
Thanks again to Paula and Mike, who were
wonderful to deal with and so flexible.
We would recommend this beautiful home !

stay at Solana Resort Villa's in
conjunction with our annual golf outing.
This Villa is beautiful and perfectly
furnished with everything a group of 8
men need. Paula was a pleasure to deal
with throughout the entire process and
the onsite management was very helpful
as well. The location is ideal for
disney visits and especially for golf.
There are at least 6-8 beautiful golf
courses within 20 minutes of the villa.
There are plenty of nice places to eat
and the location is easy to reach from
the airport. I would highly recommend
this particular Villa at Solana because
it so well appointed and maintained.
We are looking forward to returning in

The drive from Sanford Airport was very
easy (even for a 1st time USA driver)
Villa is very spacious , well furnished
and equipped. All 12 of the party
commented on how nice it was and what a
great choice we had made.
Only a very short drive and you'll find
shops , bars , supermarket and
restaurants. All theme parks are easily
accessible from the villa.
The clubhouse does film nights at the
pool which is great for the kids to
unwind after a busy day.

Thr villa itself was very larg? beautifully furnished to very high standard and was very clean.
We found the club house had good facilities.

The homeowners were very professional and pleasant to work with.
One bonus, is that the gated community in which the house is located has a clubhouse, with a resort-sized pool and a workout room (although for runners, the street around the perimeter of the community is nice and level with very little traffic. And each lap is one mile, making for easy distance measuring outdoors).

Stayed in an Incredible 6 Bedroom Home in Solana for 10 days and let me say ... These people know how to satisfy their customers!!!
All 10 guests agreed everything exceeded our expectations and then some. We will definitely use your agency again and again in the future.

P.S.- Keyless entry to the property a BIG Plus ... No hassle looking for an office or anything to lose.
